Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to process orders: name, shipping and billing address, email, optional phone number. Payments happen via bank transfer or Revolut: we never store card data or credentials on our servers.
Purpose
Data is used to process orders, issue invoices, communicate shipping status and answer support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Retention
Billing data is kept for 10 years as required by tax law. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last interaction.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data at any time by writing to the email listed in the contact page.
